The  primary mission of 35 Claver Place is to provide affordable work/live spaces for artists.  The opportunity and ability to combine both spaces into one is a savings in the long run in both time and money.  The spaces were created by the goodwill of Anthony A. Chamberlain and Gina M. Inverso since 1985.

The secondary mission is to provide, through a yearly ‘special event’, networking and promotion for the artist residents at 35 Claver Place to further their development; collaboration and exposure in their medium.
